My buyer agent with the Beer Home Team was Brian Danney and he was the best! I was buying my San Diego home remotely and he couldn't have made the process easier for me. We got a good deal, he (and his showing agent, Bree) handled a lot of the heavy lifting (inspection, walk through) since I was   remote, he was great at explaining the process to me (super important as I was a first time home buyer), and he was always fun and personable when we spoke.

I called the Beer Home Team after seeing a sign on a very quick sale in my then neighborhood of Hillcrest - I had been wanting to put my condo on the market and didn't know any real estate brokers, but wanted to get someone that had been successful and was familiar with the market in Hillcrest.  Both Brian and Dan called me back and his team made an appointment to meet with me right away.  Not only did he give me great advice on small things I could do to stage my home, he had a professional photographer come in and take beautiful marketing pictures.
