San Diego Market Trends and Conditions
These graphs takes into account all single family homes, town homes, and condos at all price points, and all corners of San Diego County. They are a good overview of the general real estate market. However, real estate is truly hyperlocal, even within San Diego County from one part of town to another, so please look to our more focused community statistics or request a report for any particular community of your choice by contacting us here or calling 858-755-1999.

Months of Inventory
In general 0-3 months of inventory would be considered a seller's market. 3-6 months of inventory is considered to be a neutral market with good balance. Over 6 months of inventory is a buyer's market due to the large amount of selection for buyers and the lower absorption rate. To better understand these numbers, which we track across a number of San Diego communities in an effort to give our sellers and buyers the best possible representation, just give us a call at 858-755-1999.
