The Truth About Renting

Owning vs. Renting... many people question which is the right move for them.  Whether you're an owner or a renter, you are always paying the costs of owning a home. This includes mortgage payments, maintenance, taxes, insurance, etc.

There's really only one true difference between these two...

Renters pay all these costs that owners pay as well, but renters also pay for owner profit while owners collect. So, if you're waiting around for the "right time" to buy, the reality is, you're paying for all the same expenses already (plus more). If the market changes, renters are the ones who are hit, not owners.
