Fifty Homes and Counting, Will Yours Be Next?
I am extremely excited to say that we already have 50 homes under contract in 2016. To give you some perspective, in all of 2015 we closed on 122 homes. If we keep up this pace we’re going to smash our old record. But what does this mean for you and your family?
We are doing fantastic work right now, but why does this matter to you? Well, everyone seems to ask about when the best time to sell a home is. This is a difficult question to answer in San Diego because we have a year-round market.
I recommend that you forget what month it is when you decide to sell your home and focus more on the levels of supply and demand. It’s that simple. Wait until there is low inventory if you want to capitalize on a home sale.
You can sell a home in January just as easily as you can in July, but that doesn’t mean you’ll have a top dollar sale. Pay attention to the market if you want to sell for top dollar.
