Stefan is the Database and Lead Conversion Manager for Beer Home Team. With a hospitality and sales background spanning over 20 years, Stefan brings elevated customer service to each and every client he serves. Stefan began his BHT journey as an Inside Sales Associate but has since transitioned to a management role in order to meet the needs and growth of the company. This movement through roles allots him a unique perspective and skill set, which he draws upon to help others grow and prosper in their individual roles. Stefan, a resident of San Diego for over 18 years, is extremely knowledgeable of the markets which make up the whole of San Diego county.  Stefan wholeheartedly embraces the opportunity of working within his community on such a successful team. In his spare time, Stefan is a volunteer for the San Diego Rescue Mission and for San Diego Pro Kids Golf Academy.
