Ivan was born and raised in Chula Vista, which is why he is an expert in the South Bay and Southern San Diego area. He is 100% fluent in Spanish. Prior to starting real estate, he was the COO of a company that provides therapy for children with autism. In his free time he enjoys traveling with his wife and son, Santiago.
