A transplant from the bay area, Cesar has found himself at home in San Diego. An avid surfer and hiker, Ceaser loves and enjoys all aspects of coastal living.  Ceaser has bartended throughout most of his professional career, but he was drawn toward real estate for the professional freedom and entrepreneurial spirit of the profession. Cesar is a huge family person and deeply values the time and memories he gets to share with his family. Cesar loves to help people and is naturally giving.
