The Carmel Valley real estate market varies greatly. While prices for most Carmel Valley condos typically begin in the low $300s, single-family homes tend to list from the $700,000’s - and luxury homes & estate prices can quick rise into the millions, depending on size, location, views, level of finish-out quality and local amenities. Mid-way through 2014, the median asking price was $895,000, while the median sales price around that same time was reported to be $780,000.
Carmel Valley is an affluent master-planned community that, over the years, has developed into one of the most coveted places to call home in all of San Diego County.
